Veronica Rubio (Cello)

Prominent cellist from Alicante. Trained at the José Tomás and Óscar Esplá Conservatories in Alicante, she completed her higher education in 2007 with an outstanding grade. She subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Research and Performance from the International University of Valencia and specialized in the Suzuki methodology.

Throughout her career, Verónica has collaborated with renowned orchestras such as the Alicante Symphony Orchestra, the Murcia Symphony Orchestra, and the ADDA Symphony Orchestra. As a soloist, she has performed with various groups and given recitals at institutions such as the Instituto Cervantes and Casa Mediterráneo. In the field of chamber music, she has been part of ensembles such as the Cuarteto Napolitano and the Dúo Sulayr. She has also participated in the recording of soundtracks and short films, and has collaborated with artists such as Serrat and Estrella Morente.

In her teaching career, Verónica has taught at several conservatories in the province of Alicante and participated in instrumental development courses. She has also been involved in multidisciplinary projects that combine music with other art forms, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to high-quality artistic creation.
